Hi Shane. With 4 days in Nusa Penida, I think it would be best to stay in one location. However, two good places you can check out are Unicorn Bungalow (budget) and Akusara Jungle Resort (high end). These are both near the north shore, which has the harbor and lots of restaurants. Another option, if you want to stay close to the scenery, would be Kelingking Mesari Villa or Crystal Bay Bungalows.
